We have completed many large and small contracts over the last years and attach a list which is indicative of the size of the contracts awarded.
The largest commercial system completed has been Century City Road verges including various precincts such as Bougain Villas , Knights Bridge , Manhattan , Island Club and Waterstone valued in excess of R6,100,000.00 Ratanga Junction is also one of our most prestigeous projects to date completed in 1997.
The largest Golf course contract was Kingswood Golf Club valued at R5,315,000 which was installed and completed in 2007.

GARY PLAYER COUNTRY CLUB - SUN CITY
We are exceptionally proud to announce that we have received the appointment from the Sun International Group to install the new irrigation system for the Gary Player Country Club at Sun City. Home of the biggest annual golf tournament in South Africka : The Nedback Golf Challenge. This brand new centrally controlled irrigation system will consist of 18 satellite controllers , +- 1000 sprinklers and a total of 24 000m of piping. We are looking forward to the challenges of this installation as the course will remain open for play during our 5 month installation programme.
RECONFIGURATION OF SPORT FIELDS - GREENPOINT
We received the appointment to install the irrigation for 8 reconfigured Greenpoint Sport Fields. This contract forms part of the Cape Town Stadium / Greenpoint Common and Sportfield upgrade/reconfiguration.
AURECON - CENTURY CITY
We were awarded the contract to install the new irrigation system for the Aurecon Head Office in Century City. This GreenStar building will utilize state of the art technology to achieve the best possible "Green Building" rating recorded to date. Our irrigation system will utilize only treated effluent water and will include a complete weather station and electromagnetic flow meter ( linked to the building management system )as part of the control system.
NEW PICK N PAY DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE - OTTERY
We have been awarded the contract to install the autoamted irrigation system for the new 46,000M2 distribution centre of one of the largest retail groups in South Africa.
CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
We have been awarded the contract to install the new irrigation system for the upgraded Cape Town Internatinonal Airport. ACSA has very strict policies wrt tenders and after succussfully qualifying to submit our tender for this project we aslo complied with all the requirements of the Airports Company. The system consists of more than 19 000m of HDPE piping , 2800 sprinklers and 166 Solenoid Valves. These will all be centrally controlled.
EVERGREEN RETIREMENT VILLAGE - BERGVLIET
We have been awarded the contract to install the irrigation system at this luxurious village in Bergvliet. Secluded and idyllic, Evergreen Bergvliet is perfectly positioned in the heart of the Cape’s Constantia Valley on the historic Sonnenhof Estate, in the popular southern suburbs.
