Equipment
- Each team has an Isuzu LDV, trailer and each foreman has a cell phone to ensure that we can contact them from base at all times.
- To speed up installations where soil conditions permit, we have a Ditchwitch 1820 and one Vermeer RTx 250 walk behind chain trenchers.
- We also utilise our own Ride-On Vermeer RT450 Chain Trencher on larger projects.
- Compaction of trenching is done with our own Wacker compactors and should site storage be required we utilize 3m x 6m Containers.
Training
- A strong emphasis is placed on ongoing training which is done by assisting personnel to attend courses as well as providing in-house training.
- We are currently in the process of implementing a life skills training course for the less skilled employees as well as a more advanced course for the personnel with higher school qualifications.
