The site has been previously developed and comprised of hard surfaced parking areas, residential buildings and tennis courts. The new office building will be a five storey structure approximately 23.8m in height, consisting mainly of offices configured around a central glazed atrium. A two hundred seat auditorium will be located on the ground floor opposite the entrance, with supporting cafeteria, bar and seating areas also flanking the atrium. We were appointed to install the new irrigation system for this 5-Star Green Building.
